The Huon Art prize, is a yearly event taking place in Cygnet, Southern Tasmania.
This year I volunteered to help with the hanging of the prize.
It was a varied group of entries, with a wonderful children’s section.
There are many interesting and talented artist here in Southern Tasmania
My entries into this years prize was a felted sculpture, mounted on a beautiful piece of wood, and 3 hand forged fold formed copper leaf shapes -bigger than the small ones I made last year.
My wet felted piece “Ethereal regeneration”.
